Welcome!  My name is Kelly Wadsworth, and I have been in the world of mediation and conflict resolution for the past 20 years as a Human Resources Professional.  I am a certified mediator that works with individuals in both family law and business conflict.  The TWO THINGS that I believe make me unique to other mediators is that I am not an attorney.   Secondly, given my background as a child of a difficult divorce and later as a parent in a difficult divorce,  I feel what you feel.  I seek win/win outcomes.  I also provide guidance on Forging Resilient Paths following mediation.
